Healthy Himachal

Healthy Himachal is a membership organization, a technical organization and a scientific organization. We are led by people who are committed to our vision: A healthier world for all, free of tobacco and quality life to elderly. Our members are organizations and individuals from all parts of the India. We are focussing on welfare projects on Tobacco Control , Empowerment, Education, healthcare, livelihood ,Elder care, HIV, & women empowerment.

We seek to achieve this by the generation, dissemination and implementation of knowledge into policy and practice. We aim to ensure that no-one is left behind, people are treated equally and we have a focus on vulnerable and marginalised populations and communities. Healthy Himachal strongly believes that unless members of the civil society are involved proactively in the process of development, sustainable change will not happen.

At Healthy Himachal, we’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure to make India a smoke free and Tobacco free India. We are striving to give quality life to elderly and Education to the underprivileged segment. We work on 4 key programmatic areas: Education, Health & Nutrition , Capacity Building , Tobacco Control and Elderly. We address major issues by working with administration , Government ,Public Advocates and PPP. We have miles to go and need your contribution. Your small contribution can make a big difference. All donations to Healthy Himachal are eligible for 50% tax exemption under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
